She knew what we wanted and never wasted our time with houses she knew we wouldn't want. once we finally found the one we wanted much to get dismay it was a for sale by owner. However she knew we loved it so she basically acted as a dual agent for us, and even negotiated and stood up for us when she didn't have to.
